However, there were a lot of users who complained about the durability of the product. One user said that it worked fine for him for a couple of days, then, after that it broke. Another user complained about the customer service.  He said that ten days after purchasing, his product still didn’t arrive. He had to drive for minutes to talk to the people. Plus, he did not get any confirmation regarding the purchase.

There were also complains about the noise. According to one user, the machine is powerful, but the motor is very noisy.
